This is an extremely efficient outdoor cooker which is suitable for Fishermen, family picnics, Car Camping, Scouts, Kayakers, wilderness / Disaster / Earthquake or Survival kit, Caravaning camping gear or for anyone who enjoys the outdoors.

Cost-FREE to run! Never worry about running out of fuel again. Simply gather deadwood, twigs, dry grass, pine cones or whatever natural fuel you find lying around in the area and you can bring 6 cups of water to the boil within a matter of minutes while at the same time (and using the same fuel) cook small amounts of food over the chimney (using the pot on the support) as the kettle boils. Hence, a very small amount of fuel will both boil your water for hot drinks, washing up, personal hygiene, etc. and cook your meal at the same time! This kit works in ALL weather conditions.
If more than 2.6 pints of boiling water are required (this kettle will easily and quickly boil water for 10-14 people within a matter of minutes) simply refill the kettle with water and place it back on the firebase. Refuel the chimney again and your kettle will boil again within approx. 3-5 minutes.

Superb

Have used Trangias for years and they are very good cooking systems. But if space is not a problem (eg cooking from the back of the truck), then these are superb. Boils up in about 5 minutes and your supping tea and eating pot poodles before you know it. Haven't got the pan set yet but it's only a matter of time.....Works in any weather, all you need is a bit of dried, dead vegetation. I have a carrier bag full of wood shavings and other bits of sticks stashed away in the back just in case.

I ordered a kettle after seeing one on TV. I was surprised to see it arrive, only 2 days later, when it was predicted to take a week. I followed the simple instructions on how to set it up, and was able to boil 2.5 pints of water in only 4 minuets, even when the fuel was damp. I am very impressed and would recommend it to any one who likes anything to do with the outdoors.

Recently purchased this Kelly Kettle to take to a music festival. Allowing us a morning cuppa (and washing up water) without the need to take gas with us. It really is a fantastic piece of equipment, boiling 2.5 pints of water in about 5 minutes. Very cleverly designed and well made. We found that pine cones made excellant fuel once the fire has caught. As long as they were not too large to fit down the KK chimney. Highly recommended.
