A great option for gas burners without a wind guard

I have a Coleman Alpine stove, and one of those cheap cartridge stoves, both of which suffer when there's more than a light breeze. This windshield is the perfect solution. It's wide enough that you can use two burners side-by-side and it does a very good job at keeping the wind out, meaning your food cooks quicker and you use less gas. The two side panels are hinged, so fold inwards for storage. Four sucker pads are supplied which enable you to stick it to a suitable table top, although it does stand up by itself. It could possibly do with the back being hinged in the middle, so that it could pack down smaller, but this is a small gripe. It's supplied with a storage pouch, with Velcro flap and if you stick the pads to the shield itself when you store it, you hopefully won't loose them!

Does exactly what it says on the tin!

This is a very simple but effective windshield. The suction feet allow it to be placed on a number of different surfaces, but don't tolerate heat well!

One of the problems with camping is the fresh air. It cools down your pots and kettle just when you are trying to heat them up. This simple device is just the thing to give a little shelter whilst you cook in the great outdoors. It is just the right size for a two burner cooker, that is a bit bigger than the cooker. The hinges take a little care because they are just the metal bent around on it's self. I've cut a small mouse hole in one side so the pipe can pass through. Improvement would be a hinge in the middle so it folds smaller and better feet.
