Thanks to evenly distributed heat there are less cold and hot spots, giving you greater cooking control to create perfectly cooked food. The 2-part enamelled grill is dishwasher safe, making cleaning a simple and hassle-free task.
The El Prado burner system works by keeping the flames short : it allows to have the burner close to the grate. The maximum distance between flames and the grate is 70mm in order to cook with a perfect temperature distribution on the grate. The flames are vertical coming directly from the top of the burner to the bottom of the grate which allows very small loss of energy, and with no vents into the firebox, the burners are protected against the wind so no reduction in the control and cooking power of the El Prado

I am very proud of my new BBQ!!!

The best bbq i ever had!!! I own it for almost a month now and i already had fish, meat, vegetables and sausages cooked on it. Everything tastes great and nothing ever got stuck or burnt. Just get it!!!

Quality Brand = Quality Product??

I know that most BBQ's take a lot of putting together so I was hoping that a big named brand would at least make life easier by engineering the parts for simple home assembly. Not really. I don't expect to have to re-drill holes, fight screw threads and guess assembly where it is not clearly shown in the instructions. (Don't attempt to put this together a few hours before your BBQ!). Once done it all looks good but nothing special, and the thin spring clips holding on the hood and the wheels do not fill me with confidence! (time will tell). Because this unit is sold in about 20 countries it does not come with a gas regulator or hose which is another inconvenience/expense and even Homebase do not sell the type required (Amazon do!). I'm left hoping that it will prove to work well over time....

Finished item seems excellent. self tapping screws were a bit of a problem as tolerance was a little tight.Not used yet as I am in England now and the barbe is in Portugal one small criticism was that the blanking plates, to mask the fixing screws,were only supplied for one side of the barbeque,this seemed a little mean. Iwas delighted with the service & the delivery to Portugal.
