The Real McCoy at last!

This little stove really is the real deal.Four small metal legs unfold to provide a very stable, low to the ground cooking platform that's also suitably grippy to prevent your pans sliding off and splashing boiling water everywhere. It has it's own built in one-push igniter, with a nice braided metal hose to connect up to the gas canister. Level of heat is controlled with excellent accuracy with the knob on top of the gas connector and there is also a flexible, folding wind shield/heat reflector supplied. Your pans also sit close to the flame so your cooking time has the minimum of interruption from drafts whilst maintaining maximum cooking efficiency. The gas canisters are relatively cheap, last a long time and can be purchased anywhere.The stove is very nicely made from ultra light weight quality metal and hardly takes up any space once it's folded back up and stuffed into it's little storage bag which is also included.I recently needed to purchase an extra stove, but rather than discard my single one and buy a larger, cumbersome and heavy weight two burner cooker (which in my experience are generally much poorer quality and far less efficient, sometimes only operating from their own hard to obtain, expensive fuels), I bought another of these Primus single stoves and I'm absolutely delighted with them both.No nonsense and very reliable, I think these stoves are worth their weight in gold and a cut above any of the other rubbish on offer.

This is my second primus stove, first one did not stand up to being run over by a 4x4!!! I had no hesitation in buying a replacenet as this stove ticks all the boxes. the seller was top notch and should i need anything else i will return to this seller for a quality product and quick delivery

This stove is superb - it just worksThe gas is easily availale in allsorts of sizes from any camping shop. The cannisters last for ages. The stove is very hot and boils water very quickly. The legs are wide, the stove sits low and is very stable. It packs up very neatly. The construction is good - materials, design and build all seem to be high quality. If you want a small stove you just get out and use and pack up and put away and no faffing about then this is the stove for you. I wondered about the price but it is well worth it.
